Grooming Provisions

1. All cats and dogs for grooming need to be dewormed regularly, vaccinated, and free from skin diseases and infectious diseases.

2. Please inform us if the cat or dog has been injured previously, has any physical discomfort, any aggressive behavior, or is over 12 years old.

3. Please inform us if the cat or dog requires a separate space.

4. Please inform us if the pet has sensitive skin, or bring your own shampoo.

5. Puppies/kittens under eight months need to be vaccinated before going to the store. Washing is not recommended for cats and dogs over 10 years old.

6. After the grooming, we take care of the dog for half an hour for free and charge the daycare fee if more than half an hour later.

7. Suggested grooming time for cats: 9 am or 4 pm every day, or 6 pm on Thursdays.

8. If there is no suitable reservation time available online, you can make a reservation by phone, and we will do our best to assist with the arrangement.

9. If there are two or more pets in the family that need to be groomed together, please make a reservation by phone, or reserve multiple consecutive time slots.

10. If a one – to – one service and separate space is required, please make a reservation by phone.

11. Reservations made on the same day may be cancelled. You can communicate by phone.

Delivery and shipping policies

Local Delivery: (Same Day delivery)

Within 10KM for $10, order over $68 for free.
Within 20KM for $20, order over $88 for free.
Within 30KM for $30, order over $108 for free.

Shipping: (3-7days, depending on the express company)

$15 for QLD, VIC, NSW, ACT. Order over $88 for free.

Bakery Order

Preparation Time:

Because everything is freshly made. It takes 2-5 days to prepare, and you will receive your item 2-5 days after placing your order.

Birthday cakes and desserts can only be delivered locally.

Refund & Exchange Policies

You are free to return this item for any reason (including change of mind) within 14 days of delivery, however, please note that this item can be returned for either:

(i) The return delivery charges will be applied to you if the item is not faulty, The item must be completely re-packaged to its original wrapped & packaged state, ready for re-sale.

(ii) A refund of 100% of the item’s purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be issued once the returned goods are checked by the warehouse.

Exchange within 30 days of delivery, same policies with the refund.
